I was a freelance copywriter for Rōti, a fast casual Mediterranean restaurant chain based in the Midwest. While at Rōti, I wrote 10 long-form product stories for 10 Rōti menu items, wrote 10 pieces of social media copy for 10 Rōti menu items, wrote 10 pieces of copy for Rōti’s internal training efforts and wrote 10 pieces of copy for Rōti’s promotional emails.
